Sounds good but not the best craftsmanship

The screens on the left handed endplate were lose/pushed in. There was a missing piece of wood on the inside of the left endplate, between two of the buttons. To repair, I used animal hide glue. I chose this adhesive because of its "acoustically invisible" qualities. For the piece of wood that was broken/missing I used a piece of Sitka Spruce I had from a previous guitar repair. I then glued the worked piece into the spot with hide glue.
Solid construction, nice sound, but one note is messed up.

I wanted to give this five stars!
It seems very solid, sounds lovely, and looks nice. My son has greatly enjoyed learning to play, and the songs he plays sound beautiful and full.
However, he discovered one error on the concertina which has affected his playing. On the left-hand the 2a Bb comes out as a B natural. I'm not sure if there is a way to fix it. Other than that one faulty note, the instrument is great. I don't know if ours is defective or if they all have this mistake.
