The floor joists on my pontoon are typical spacing. This ramp was 1" too short of catching maximum floor joists.

Ramp into Pond

We built a large pond and looked for an item that will assist getting in and out. This worked great. Drilled holes into the top that keeps it in the ground. The ramp floats in the pond and gives a good grip to get out of the pond.
