Not good for laptops

I love this bag! I want to start with that.
However, it was advertised as a laptop bag and it is not a good purchase for a laptop unless you don't mind buying extras to make it work. Your laptop will need a protective sleeve or you will have to get a good padded insert for this bag because there is absolutely no protection for a laptop.
Outside of that issue, this bag looks great, seems well put-together, and perfect for carrying around my iPad (that has its own protective case) along with notebooks and other stuff I haul whenever I leave the house.

One of the zippers was out of its track, and I thought I would need to return the bag. But after working the zipper a few times it fell back into its track, and it seems to be working now.
