This is a great, simple potty alarm watch. The default watch display is off (just black). It displays the time (press the side button once) and also displays the countdown of how much time is left until next potty alarm (press the side button three times). Setting the time and selecting the alarm interval was simple with the included instructions. You can select 30, 60, 90 minute, 2 hr, and 3 hr intervals and it automatically resets and begins counting down again each time the alarm sounds. The "alarm" is a tune that plays London Bridge (I think) or you can set it to vibrate - but not both. There is only one tune option. A nice feature over the original version of this watch (supposedly - I never had the original version) is that the alarm only sounds when the sensor recognizes that the watch is being worn, so you don't have to worry about the alarm sounding constantly. The display also shows the battery level (press the side button twice) and based on initial use seems it'll need to be charged every 2-3 days.

This is honestly the best thing I've ever used to help my kids with potty training. My kid loves it. He looks forward on wearing it & gets excited when it vibrates to indicate that he needs to run to the potty.

My 7 year old son has encopresis. We have it set to go off every hour to remind him to check himself. It works really well and he is so excited he has this. The only downfall is he can't wear it at school because the vibration it so loud and it distracts the other kids and the. They start asking him questions that he is embarrassed to answer. Maybe make the vibration a little less noticeable.
