My first screen came with scratch on it (probably manufacture defect) but replacement for my other order came so fast, process of exchange was easy. It doesn't have an instruction but you can find video in YouTube how to install it, so can't complain. Screen works just perfect, like original. Installation could be more easy if tools which comes with it will have better quality. They made of plastic, not really durable I can say and so I had to use my own tools. I will recommend this product, no issues with screen, just tools.

Works perfectly. Way better option than replacing an entire tablet. However, for someone with no technical experience this is NOT recommended. Not an easy installation. That being said no screen replacement options would be easier. It's just not easy. It's not something a man with large hands "wants" to do, lol

This was much more difficult than I anticipated. However, with patience and YouTube, I was successfully able to replace the screen on my son's tablet. To clarify, this would be difficult no matter what "kit" you bought. It's just not a quick and easy process so this is no reflection of the quality of the product. There are some connections that need to be disconnected in the back, prior to removing screen. One was the battery (I actually didn't do that though the YouTube video did it) and some kind of connection that is actually attached to the screen. I'm not a hugely technical person though I'm a big DIYer. I was a little afraid that I would mess something up when the back was exposed but fortunately, once we powered it back on, it was as good as new! Much better option than replacing the entire tablet.
