I'm a part time mechanic, boat fixer, RV repair guy, snow plower and tractor maintainer. There are a lot of jobs on our ranch and this set has everything I need to get some of them done. Be warned that It's a little big and heavy to haul from job to job. I have a smaller DeWalt set as my "walking around socket set". But when I'm laying out tools for a big job that keeps me in one place, this set gets a front row seat.
I've found with this kit, a set of combo wrenches, some good screwdrivers, some pliers a magnet, a mirror, a rubber mallet, some lube and a good light, I can fix just about anything mechanical. It earned more than its cost in the first job I used it on - replacing a macerator pump on a Class B RV. A mechanic would've charged me a grand or more.
One thing to know- if you knock this set around or drop it, the case will release some of the tools from their holding place. Be careful when you open it or you'll be organizing for a while. Also, you'll need about six - eight square feet to open the case flat.
One of my kids will inherit this set and I imagine one if their kids will get it too.

For the quality and quantity love it. Would have rated a five star but the nuts keep on falling when closing the case. The nuts doesn't stick to the case very well.
