We bought this in conjunction with a WaterDrop filter, however the bundle didn't come with the right color we wanted (matte black) so we had to order them separately. This was the biggest issue as it took three trips to two different stores to get what I needed. Our configuration was from the orignal wall connection to the sink, which was unhooked after shutting off, then attaching a t-shaped valve adapter with 2 3/8 connections (Home Depot). One of the connections went straight up back to the original faucet, the other went to the input of the WaterDrop filter. Here's where things went completely off script. The faucet has a quick connect coupling that accepts a 1/4" Polyethylene (aka PE) pipe. I installed the faucet (which was extremely easy to do, but required some contorting. if you don't have a foam pad for housework I highly recommend one) hooked up one end of the PE to the coupling, added the blue clip to lock the pipe to the coupling, then ran a little bit to the Output of the water filter. The quarter turn of the water valve let out a rush of liquid, and this is where I waited and watched for any leaking. Success! The included Teflon was used as needed on all metal to metal threads, I didn't use it on the plastic coupling though since it was a bit tricky to get at.

Did I make things more complicated than I should have by not ordering the kit with the right color faucet? Yes. Did WaterDrop make it easy for me to figure out what to get from the hardware store? Not really. But if you're still reading this, there's something you should know. I called the 1-800 support number that was included in the box. It was a Saturday afternoon, but they said 24/7 availability. I dialed ready to get a message saying that they were closed, however they weren't, BUT no one picked up and I was sent to a voicemail. Here's where things got nuts. I got a call back from the 800 number. Since I recognized it I picked up, and behold, a rep from WaterDrop called me back. They called me back on a call that I disconnected when I got a prompt to leave a voicemail. I then spoke to Mario, who was FANTASTIC. He gave me the confidence to complete the project and tips on how to make sure all my connections were good.

I'm hoping all goes well and would definitely post an update in the future after using the whole set up!

We recently had our countertops replaced, and as part of the deal, we were to get a new under the counter sink. When the installers removed my old sink, they broke my previous filtered water faucet. Because all of my new stuff was brushed stainless steel, I needed to find one to match. I was impressed with the feel and quality of this faucet. Installation was easy, (other than cramming my fat butt under the sink) and it works flawlessly. A great buy that I highly recommend.

Can't speak to longevity of cartridge, as I just installed. But the quality of this faucet was surprising given the price. Easy for one person to install, took me about 10 minutes. Flow is better than our old RO faucet. The spout is a little higher off the deck, but looks fine and gives a little more clearance for pots and pans underneath.

Our faucet was slow dripping after about three months of use. Contacted their customer service department and they were AWESOME!! They responded immediately and sent us a replacement faucet within one day. They were great to work with. Thank you

For some reason the faucet was missing from the combo package I ordered. I talked to Evelyn from their customer support team and she resolved it right away. Our family is really enjoying this filter. Not sure why we didn't order one a long time ago!
