We had an install today so this arrived right on time. There's a leaflet that has instructions for drivers, but I had no issue with plug-and-play on with my MacBook Pro. Just plug it in, pull up putty or Cisco CLI Analyzer, pick your serial connection, and BAM. You're configuring a switch.
It's long enough that I could wrap it around the outside of the stack and still have enough length to sit comfortably in the IT chair of choice: the floor, about 36U away from my hardware.
