The watch and it's intended use for potty training is great! If you follow the set up instructions, it is fairly easy to get set up. Do pay attention to how you charge it-through a USB port-not direct receptacle plug in........And for no more than an hour! The only thing I did not like is that with the choice of the 2 timer alerts-either playing nursery songs or buzzing-you can hardly hear the songs. The buzzer is a little louder, but both sounds need to be a little louder. I do understand that with the noise lower, it does not draw attention if the child is older, maybe in school. Our granddaughter is only 2 1/2. Maybe if there were a volume adjustment switch for loud or soft???? But I do like it. Our granddaughter likes it too-she has her "own watch". .....but does not always alert me as to when it goes off.... :(

My four year old was having a lot of accidents and would come home from pre-school many days having had changed her pants/underwear at pre-school. After consulting with a urologist and several appointments and tests, she was diagnosed with spastic bladder. A suggestion of the doctor was to try using a 'potty watch' like this. We were very nervous about her starting kindergarten and continuing to have accidents, especially as pre-school was only a few hours a day and kindergarten is all day.

Wearing this watch has made a HUGE difference as well as the support of her teachers and staff at her school. To start the school year we set the watch to remind her every hour to go to the bathroom (her kindergarten classroom has a bathroom within it) and plan to escalate it to be longer intervals as the year goes along. Two months into the school year, she comes home 90% of days totally 'dry' which is a huge win.

The watch seems confusing to use at first, but once you sort out how to change some of the settings it becomes second nature. I like that it holds a charge for a long time - I only toss it on the charger once a week. My kiddo likes wearing the watch and can adjust it so it is tighter/looser on her wrist.

The company also went above and beyond for us - the little rubber band that holds the watch band onto the rest of the watch band (I don't know what it is called) broke and let the watch band flop around. We taped it for a few days which wasn't the best solution, so we emailed the contact on the Amazon posting and they emailed back within a day and sent us a new watch band for free! Great service and really appreciated.

***Update:*** seller reached out and offered a full refund for the product. I did end up using another manufacturers watch that had good reviews, but it was basically like an adults watch band- so uncomfortable for a kids wrist and even mine. This brand has a child sized watch band that was never uncomfortable for my 5yr olds thin wrists Going to order another one of these and just keep an eye on the charging time. Changed from 3 stars to 4 stars

Great features. My Kindergartner was having accidents at school and I wanted something discreet but fun to remind her to go. It did the trick. The vibration mode was great and ability to set the timer for many different times was also great. She loved the rainbow colored lights that would blink when the timer went off and within a week she was going potty on her own and no accidents- success! However, I don't know what happened but I set the watch on to charge using the included charger and in the morning it wouldn't light or charge. It does say not to leave it in the charger for more than 1 hour but honestly I never thought it would bust the watch to have it on there overnight. Oh well was hoping to use this for my youngest but I'll look into another company when the time comes.

Super easy to setup and definitely helps in the potty training phase. Every time it goes off our little one knows it's time to go sit and try!

I love this watch and how it goes off every 15 minutes with a cute tune and it fits my daughters wrist without looking bulky. The only thing I don't like is that it goes black screen and my daughter doesn't understand that it's just in sleep mode. No one has an apple or smart watch in my house so the black screen is new to my daughter and perceives it as "broken" and begs me to fix it. Now I wear the watch (because it has a sensor that doesn't ring when it's not on a wrist) - when it rings we go to the potty.

I think if you have an apple watch then your child might think they are twinning with you and you'll have a different outcome. But, each child is different... overall it's a good quality watch that isn't bulky or obnoxious. I also like that it's rechargable but don't lose the cord because it's not one you can easily replace.

We haven't tested the water resistant factor as I'm the wearer...will update if that changes.

UPDATE: my daughter now wears the watch and loves it. We have a rule she can skip one ring but not two in a row. This watch really helps to remind her to go potty when she is highly engaged in playing. I highly recommend this watch.
