I am making a pull-down set with this pulley and carabiner, a second swivel pulley (same vendor), a rope and a pull-down handle. The pulley has way more capacity than I need in both weight and size. It is low friction and make of solid steel. Nice and is giving me a piece of exercise gear that is way more deluxe than the average pre-packaged home kit.
One thing to note here is that you may want to have a lock-washer tool to open the spring lock washer that retains the shaft. This is shown in the listing. The reason you may want to do this is to remove the pulley wheel to allow for installing the bracket. In my case, I wanted to put a lag screw through the base into an overhead beam. There is no real way to do this without removing the pulley wheel. This is not a problem; it's the way this kind of hardware works and is actually a feature I a way.

Perfect for a "V" rail guided wheel. The only quibble is the clearance between the wheel and the mounting bolt requires the bolt head be ground down a bit.
