Love, love, love this plant for the color variations and different shapes it exhibits throughout the day. It's a focal point of the room

One photo illustrates my plant: DOA. I know things happen during shipping like delays, heat, etc. I was simply going to take it as my own loss, a foolish decision to have a plant shipped during the summer. A few days later I reconsidered thinking this is their business, let's see if they stand behind it. Absolutely no questions, a fast replacement with an ultra healthy plant that has thrived after shipping during the summer heat. The second photo is the replacement plant. I'm so impressed with the quality & ease working with their company. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a specialty plant or trying something new.

The healthy plant arrived secure & packaged very well. After letting the Rattle snake plant acclimate to my home, I decided to repot this beauty. Upon repotting I noticed the rooting system was not mature. I have not lost any leaves but have not encountered any new growth. I have been informed of a few tips to help the roots to grow & I plan on following up with that.

I received a plant last week in a tall box that had clearly been kicked around and mishandled. I could hear dirt and rocks rolling around and was expecting a dead plant. It turned out to be a fake plant I had ordered instead.

Because of the experience I was extremely worried that this guy would meet the same fate. I was happily mistaken. The box was placed outside my door, right side up, and it was clear as soon as i opened the box it had not so much as tipped sideways during the trip. There were very clear instructions for the package handlers regarding the contents and the plant was treated with care.

I have never ordered a plant online before and didn't expect it to look at all like the pictures, but again, I was happily mistaken! Not a single branch was broken on the way here, and there are tons of little buds sprouting up, ready to moved to their own pots. The leaves are beautiful, not bent, not broken, and the color is lovely!

This is my first live plant since childhood, and it has had the best start possible. I hope I can keep it looking this beautiful forever.

Update!
Second image is from 1 week after receiving the plant. I planted it in a larger planter with mix of coco peat & perlite yesterday, and it seems to have woken up and spread out beautifully overnight.

Based on the other reviews I was expecting the plant to be a little larger but that's probably my fault. It arrived perfectly healthy, even after sitting sideways in the Amazon package thing at my complex. It looks exactly like the one I bought a few weeks ago from home depot for half the price of this one, I was hoping to get a bigger plant but can't complain. Will buy again from this seller for sure.
