First time Cricut user and now a very frustrated Cricut user. Purchased the Cricut Joy, as this machine would do all the things I wanted to. Having a very frustrating experience in trying to get the machine to write. There is no basic manual that explains how to do this. Everything I read it is assumed you know the basics. I have watched You Tube for tutorials but again, they assume you know the basics. I was going to return the machine but I decided I am not going to allow my frustrations to give up on the Joy.
