I received my freezer today (a day ahead of scheduled, thanks). The freezer has two (2) dents on it. One on the top left hand side and one on the left side panel. The box was torn on the left side. The freezer is working fine.

The freezer arrived with a puncture and long dent in the door. The packaging had been taped with black tape all along the bottom as if it had been resealed. The foam board padding was not punctured at the damaged site in the door leading one to believe it had been repackaged with new padding. There was no manual or paperwork in the box. I like the freezer. It is perfect for my needs, but am reluctant to reorder because of this experience. I do not fault the delivery service. It was on time and properly placed. The damage could have happened well before it came to the distributor.

Was worried it would come damaged, but it didn't, it came in great shape. Have it set on number 3 and is cooling to -3° , is very quiet , and something else is very well thought out , they put the thermostat behind the freezer in the compressor compartment, so it takes no space from inside the freezer ! The door seems to seal good because there is hardly any frost inside, however. It is inside my rv in a good air conditioned and heated area. So 5 stars so far. Will update later if I have problems.
