This is the metal set that fits ALL kitchenaid mixers. Not the cheap plastic. This set is heavy (about 7 pounds) in its original box. Amazon shipped it fast but did not put it in a shipping box. They just stuck a label on the flimsy product box and shipped it. It arrived in a crushed, open, destroyed box with pieces laying beside the box. Not cool Amazon.
