Great value, runs both or just one at once with an adjuster bar. Everything is very adjustable, I'm 5 ft tall and my boyfriend is 6ft 1, so it's nice to be able to quickly and easily raise or lower the rainfall head. The handheld is great with different modes. If you run just one or the other, the pressure is better, but the pressure is great with both running. The shower has a great flow with this setup.

A couple of notes, the lever to adjust which shower head is running is near the top of the head. For me, it's a bit of a reach, I have to get on my tiptoes. But for a slightly taller person, this is no problem.

The rainfall head is heavy compared to the rest of the hardware. When we were installing, it would fall to either side because it has a full 180 swivel and was too heavy to stay up, we hadn't tightened down the correct twisting lever it turned out. We had to play around with it for two days before we got it to sit right. Now it's worked great through many showers, we can adjust the height and it doesn't fall around. Just something to consider when setting up. That said, it speaks to the quality feel of the product that there's a bit of weight.

The components were all well polished and felt like quality materials. Everything fit together great. We had a small bit of leaking at the base where it's attached to the main water at first, but some teflon tape and tightening it up more fixed that issue.

The instructions seemed translated. It was unclear if we should add extra washers as there were already washers in most of the components. We opted not to add the extra washers. Setup was definitely challenging, but worth it once we set it up! No regrets with this purchase and would recommend this product.

I installed it just like instructions and everywhere leaks. Got extra white tape as well but still so much leaks that I just decided to quit and put my old one back. Never buying this ever ever again! I wish I could just give no stars.

They sent a replacement because the first one was clearly defective and took me 4 hours coming to the solution that it was defective. I got the new one and installed it with no leaks at all. The trick is to put that white tape a lot before screwing any part so they will be no leak. My problem was the main head was so lose that nothing would stay on on the shower head. I am satisfied now.

I've had this shower head for little under a year. Works perfect w/o issues. I decided to install a filter before the shower head w/c meant removing and placing the head back. On re-install the shower divider valve encountered an issue and leak. Contacted the seller with detailed information, asked for a photo, my address and phone number. After 2 days the replacement part arrived and now the shower head works perfect again. Talk about good product and awesome follow up customer service. Highly recommend this item.
