I like these a lot. You need to mount them against a fence or wall to get the full lighting effect, a splash downwards. I like these. They are made extremely well and should last many years.

I needed lights for my stairs on my island home. These worked great for some stairs that had limited access underneath. The cord was long enough to pull to the side for connections. Are used some quick connects for the lights and that made it easy connections. I also wanted a little blue tint on the light so I cut some tinted blue filters and glued them inside the housing. I painted the powder coated housings to match the decks and walls they were mounted on. It was real easy.

Lights are easy to install. one thing I found helpful was to put one screw in, put the cover on and level the light before you put the second screw in. I've seen some people say they did not like them because they didn't line up properly but if you put one screw in at a time it works out perfect.
I had one a issue with them,
They worked perfectly for a year and a half when they started blinking. I contacted the company for warranty it was handled very professionally,, I was sent new lights under their two year warranty.
I would definitely recommend these lights.
