Assembly was difficult but the video that's in the description with the man putting it together really helps ! it took about 35mins w/ two females. it is in fact sturdy " make sure you are tightening the parts ". i'm a first time buyer and love the product! i'll leave another review here soon !

I was able to assemble it by myself in no time. It's been up there since i got it. It moved a little after i started using it in spin mode several days in a row and didn't think to readjust, so i think that was on me. Over all worth it! i love practicing at home
