My Mother-in-law recently took a fall breaking her arm in 3 places and pelvis in two places. She required around the clock care. This call button enabled her to get help in the middle of the night but sleep in her own bed peacefully knowing help was just a push of a button away.

Got this for my mother when she had a hip replaced over a year ago. She lives with my sister, and they use this as a tool to communicate from their separate living areas. It's also a nice safety device in case of a fall. I got the "double" order and it works out nicely as they can have the alert in the garage, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, outside. My mother still tells me what a great gift this was.

I originally bought the two terms and the one button. I sent it back because I needed more.
My mother kept falling and I was afraid she was going to break her cell phone which was her only way to call for help. This has been a lifesaver for my dad. Now and Mama falls or needs his help she can easily get in touch with him by pressing the button around her neck. We have three times one in his bedroom one outside and one in his shop. The sound quality is great, Mama can't even tell she's wearing it around her neck is so lightweight. The button is not necessarily sensitive but easy to press, so she turns it around and on occasion checks it in her bra LOL so she doesn't accidentally call for Daddy. Overall whoever invented this we thank you. And we also have an extra button in case daddy gets sick or starts falling he'll have his own button and his own ringtone. I only use the one ringtone that it came with but the other reviews were spot on when it came to explaining how to program the other tunes. So make sure you check out the other reviews to see if you're able to follow their instructions. I would recommend this to anybody that has a loved one that they're caring for at home.

Easy to set up. Many choices of ring tones and the volume is adjustable.

I needed something for my husband to wear around the house after his stroke and these do the trick and give me peace of mind. All I needed to do was plug in the bells. It's that easy. We practiced with him using this outside and away from the house and it has a good reach. He does hit it by accident but I'm fine with that. It doesn't ensure that he'll use it if he has a fall or another stroke, but it helps me relax a bit.
