Despite the fact that the flowers did not arrive on the delivery day as scheduled the flowers surprisingly did arrive fresh, beautiful & intact. This was my first time ever ordering a gift in this way. Not sure I would ever do it again due to the delivery problems.

The ends on a few things were trimmed due to browning"¦definitely not freshly cut and shipped, but given this was a third of the price of a regular florists I'll take it! You must have an eye for arranging them as well and cutting the stems (which I didn't mind). Overall very happy!

I ordered the flowers for someone close to me who is grieving the loss of a loved one. On the order page I was "asked" if I wanted to send a note with the flowers, which I did. You can see in the pictures above what arrived! On top of that, they were a day late, again after being "asked" if I wanted to expedite! I will say the flowers are lovely, they could be a little fresher but they are exotic looking and very unique. I'm disappointed in both Hallmark and Amazon.

These flowers were shipped on a Monday and arrived on Friday. They looked so droopy and sad I was very disappointed. I trimmed them right away and put them in fresh water with a little Sprite and hoped for the best. After about 24 hours they had recovered quite a bit but needed additional trimming to remove many dead leaves and a few flowers. When I was finished cleaning and arranging them they were satisfactory. So the lesson learned here is not to send these bouquets as a gift. It's too risky. Also, no bouquet should be en route for five days. That is simply not acceptable. The weather was neither hot nor cold and they arrived barely damp and very warm. I won't order for a gift but I may order for myself in the future.
