I love the look of it hanging on the wall. It has a very narrow profile which is great. It is simple and the added automatic light is a huge plus. I've had it installed for about a week and so far so good, but I only had necklaces hung for the first week. Once I added all of my earrings, bracelets, and rings it filled up rather quickly. It now has a little trouble closing - I have to push the top magnet together for it to close (see pic of it partially open showing the natural resting place of it with this much jewelry inside. It will close with a little push at the top where the magnet is located. I turned the lock this time for added security that it will remain closed. I may need to rearrange some pieces or do some purging to make it fit like it did initially before the addition of non-necklace items. I had a 4.5 foot standing jewelry box before this - and this holds the majority of what it held (jewelry wise) which is great because this doesn't take up any floor space. Overall, I am happy with it, but should the stability of it over time change, I will update my review. Hopefully this proves helpful.
