Never thought I would wear one of these dorky hats but recent trips to the dermatologist have forced me to reconsider. I looked at a lot of hats on Amazon and chose this one because it was reasonably priced and the bill doesn't look all floppy which makes the hat look even dorkier. Yes it comes folded but a quick pass of the iron will fix this. Wore it today and it did the job! I was protected from the sun and didn't look too dorky!

This hat is very study and the lid doesn't flop all over the place, great rugged build, thick fabric quality, if your ocd a bit, lol, once received hat comes folded once, just set your iron close to low (NOT HIGH!!!)and steam mode on and go over both sides where it's creased a bit several times on the edge/corner of a table or the very top narrow end of an ironing board, set on a flat surface to let cool down and it's ready to go, it keeps its shape.

This hat has a larger diameter than some others of this style, and really gets the job done if you'd like to go out in the middle of the day and keep your whole face and neck out of the sun. It's very comfortable and you can make it tighter around your head in higher-wind situations. Love this hat!
