The packaging of the item needs more attention to detail from the manufacturer PCs we're stuck between the paper and the plastic. Other than that it's a cotton swab and works well as a cotton swab. There's enough cotton so the stick doesn't poke you.

I like the paper core, The cotton is packed pretty tightly, so when using it you don't get little tufts of cotton all over. I will buy again, I'm sure.
