Seems to work as well as any leave in except it smells very unpleasant to me. Luckily that smell fades quickly. I cant judge if it works well as a stand alone product but I trust and use the shampoo and conditioner and those worked incredibly well for me so I'm going to assume that this is also adding another layer of hair loss prevention.

Been using this leave-in conditioner for about a year now. I definitely have a fuller head of hair than I did last year. Easy and pleasant to use. I also use infrared/red light therapy on my head, so do not know which one is improving my hair growth the most, but kind of think it is the combination that is so effective.
