I bought this to mount over the bathtub. (I sometimes read when taking a bath. TMI, I know.) At 24", it was the perfect length. It was a bit of a pain to attach the mounting screws to the frame when I was mounting it on the wall, but they all seem to be that way. Very bright and stylish. The only thing I wish is that is that they offered a light that was a little more 'natural' colored than this. (By which I mean, like an incandescent light color). The color of the light is a little too white compared to the other fixtures in that room.
