Perfect chips, terrible case, excellent customer service

The chips are perfect. If that's all you care about, you will be delighted.
However, the case is terrible (partly because it's flimsy and partly because the tray that holds the chips is really cheap). All three sets I've gotten have had the tray crunched in some spots, so that it won't hold all the chips, and there's a big ugly gap between the side of the tray and the side of the case.
Update: Fake Aces customer service is terrific. When I sent them a message asking for a replacement case, they quickly offered to refund me and let me keep the set. I'll use the money to get a solid case.

I bought these for poker night so we are not using cheap plastic discs as chips. They are well made and sturdy and quite heavy actually. Heavy enough that while using the provided carrying case, the latches snapped and I dropped all the chips over the floor. Was a bit upset but surprisingly none of the chips cracked or broke. Wish the case was a bit more sturdy so be careful while carrying it around, other than that, they are fantastic. Easy to cut and splash and perfect for game nights. They are heavier than most casino chips by quite a bit so if you're looking for a "casino" style and feel, I would recommend going a bit lighter.

As a life long poker player, I can say that this chip set is among the best I've ever used. Heavy solid clay feel. Beautiful clean look. Clear and well defined denominations. The cards aren't on the same level of quality as the chips. They are coated paper cards, not full plastic, so they do easily crease and bow. With that being said, I didn't purchase this set twice for the cards. I purchased a second set because the chips are top tier quality without having to pay top tier prices! Everyone at the tables loves the chips! Thanks again Fakeaces!!
