Stitching on the line is well done and the hardware is quite strong.

Also the metal slide-on hardware (to which you hook the accessories) should be put in place while the slack line is quite loose. As the line tightens they start to lock into place, which is of course a good thing once kids start playing on it.

Note: When you release the ratchet strap from a very tight state, consider wearing gloves as you're releasing a high tension line by hand.

Overall we love the set however the disk swing seat broke and is unusable after 1 month of use.

A number of items listed in the description and shown in the product image were not included with the kit I purchased. In particular the missing items include the 1 pc climbing net with wooden bars, the 1 pc webbing ladder, the 1 pc climbing rope swing with the red wheel at the bottoms, the 1 pc red ninja wheel, as well as all the buckle style attachment brackets for the webbing. It appears I was sent smaller ninja warrior course than the one I purchased. If this is not resolved very soon, I'll return it.

Update: contacted the seller about the missing parts and they followed through and sent all the equipment necessary to complete the Ninja Obstacle set. My grandsons love the obstacle course!

We did a lot of research before buying our Ninja line. We were very pleased with the the high quality components of the Dripex product. Our daughter bought another manufacturer for about the same price and it fails in comparison to the high quality components of Dripex. We decided to break up the 60 ft of line into three different play areas due to the ages of our grandchildren. One line is designed for the 18 month old and the other two lines are for the 3 and 5 year old. We added another Tree Climbing Rope Swing with Platform and two chain swings. We could not be happier with the responses from customer service when we had questions. The grandkids love to play on every piece of this package!

I was so excited to set this up with my 10 year old. We slid all the metal holders in place together. It was monotonous work, but easy to do. We then decided which attachments to put up as the space we had wasn't quite long enough to put them all out at the same time.

Setting up the bottom slackline was a piece of cake. I had to watch a YouTube video on how to insert and ratchet the slackline, but the directions included were not clear. My son and I got this up and done pretty easily.

Setting up the upper slacking with the attachments proved to be much harder. With ladders involved, spacing out the attachments so he wouldn't hit himself on the trees, and ratcheting the slackline was so much harder. I was so proud that we were going to do it all by ourselves, but then I realized that I wasn't strong enough to hold up the slackline and ratchet it enough while standing on a ladder. I enlisted the help of my husband and then realized that I had ratcheted it the wrong way. We had to painstakingly unravel it. It took so long! Then, we got it up successfully and I realized that some of the attachements needed to be spaced differently and couldn't be moved once the line was tightened. Loosened the slackline too fast and it came undone. So once everything was spaced out properly, we ratcheted it again. Again, I did it the wrong way. This time it was so tight that we had to take the whole ratched apart to get the slackline out. We finally got it out and ratcheted it the correct way and now it is up and being played on.

My 10 year old and 13 year old were both able to go on it at the same time and test out the attachments. The only on they had issues with was the long rope with the red platform at the bottom. It hangs down at around the same height as the lower slackline so it doesn't work well. Other than that, it is a great hit. I am so relieved that the kids are enjoying it now and that it is finally up!
