I wasn't sure how I would like the color but I love it! Rocking chair is nice and comfy! I also installed the legs backwards to lean more back than forward.

I bought this for a nursery rocker. It's perfect for what I need. I am 5'6". The back is high enough that I can rest my head there. I can just reach my feet to rock. I primarily put my feet on the foot stool to rock, anyways. It's a reclined enough position to be comfortable to sit in and to sleep in. When you've got a sick kid that needs to sleep upright, this chair is perfect. It's very sturdy and cleans up so easily. I didn't realize how many times my kid would yak on this chair. It's pretty stiff as far as cushioning goes, but that's what I like. Furniture tends to sag/soften over time and after 2 years of use (and 2 kids) it still looks brand new. I would buy this a million times if I needed to, thankfully, I will only ever need to buy 1.

It's a chair. And it rocks. It is not a chair that you sink into and sigh "ahhhhhhh" at the end of a long day. It is a chair that you sit in. And you can rock in it, though it doesn't really inspire you to do so. But at this price point, it is what it is. A chair.

Price was right and shipping was way faster than predicted.

It is fairly sturdy, and sufficiently tall. As a man 6'5" and 250lbs, it fits me fine, even with the long arms and long legs. Is it the most comfortable chair in the world? No. But... it's a chair. You sit on it. It does chair things, like being sat on. Let's not overthink it.

It came well packaged. The outer box was a bit rough/dented. The contents were just fine, though.

The runners were labeled as to which end was the front, and had a strip of soft material attached to the bottom, presumably for wood floors. It was a nice touch.

The hardware was clearly labeled, and the instructions were sufficient. Not great, but sufficient. In short: install all of the screws halfway - this gives you flexibility to line up the holes. Then tighten all the screws. My suggestion is to tighten from the runners to each other first, then runners to frame, then the bottom of the back piece, then the sides of the back piece.

I had no problems with missing or misaligned holes, and didn't have to get creative during assembly.

Assembly was simple and took roughly an hour with the included hex key.

The chair is exactly what I expected. It is not heirloom furniture, but it isn't meant to be. It's a step above IKEA in my opinion.

It's a chair. I'm happy with it.

UPDATE:
I ended up flipping the runners backwards and the chair is much more open to the idea of rocking. However, this change of the chair's geometry may make it less usable for short people as it now tilts much further back.

Love these chairs! Durable and firm!

I ordered this for my daughter. The chair went together. It looks nice, and I am told it is comfortable. The ottoman, however, was missing the two parts labeled "3." I contacted Amazon who said they would contact the merchant who would contact me by 11/2. I haven't heard. I contacted Amazon a second time and was told I would hear by 11/5. I will change my review if this is soon rectified, otherwise, I would caution use of this seller
I owe this company an apology. They did respond to my first attempt to contact them (email was buried, and I missed it). They have offered to send a new ottoman. When it comes, if complete, a new review!

This is an update, and it's late in coming (I had to wait for my son-in-law to assemble). Customer service sent a replacement ottoman promptly"”they were very responsive. The chair and ottoman are attractive, and, I am told, very comfortable. Because of its light color, it was sprayed with stain protector. I would not hesitate in doing business with this store again, and apologize for my earlier negative review.
