Bought for my husband who has degenerative disc disease with arthritis. Big man with big belly. Size 52" around belly button. This fit him perfect! He says it's actually comfortable. Has really helped with pain control while working 10 hr days in steel boots and on concrete. We have washed it on gentle cycle and air dried and hasn't hurt it at all! Was going to buy a second one to rotate while washing one but he's retiring soon so won't need but one.
