I would have liked it to be thicker and heavier. I live in Michigan and I worry that this winter this thing will slide around when my kids are wiping their boots off, or if any snow/ice gets underneath the edge.

I've always purchased those cute sisal door mats, the ones that have colorful designs that fade from use -making you have to replace them every six or so months. I decided to change it up and have been searching for a large, modern-style, durable welcome mat for a year now and so glad to have finally found it!
I will admit when it arrived and was still rolled up, it looked plastic and cheap. But unrolled it looks great at our front door! It looks durable so I don't think I'll have to replace it very often (unlike the sisal ones). I'm debating buying a second mat to hold onto because I really love this simple pattern and color design.
I've only had it for a few weeks so I'm hoping it doesn't fade. I'll edit this review if it does.
My only gripe is the cost. I think it should cost more than a standard mat but lower than what it's currently priced at. But saying that, I would easily repurchase this mat. :)
