These are pretty nice

These legs are affordable and if you're not expecting high end furniture quality they are very nice. They allowed me to quickly built a custom sized desk to kit in a nook. I purchased a prefinished live edge from the hardware store, cut to fit, and attached the legs. Presto desk. I found the screws to be cheap as others have pointed out but if you predrill pilot holes they are sufficient. Very happy about the quality and how quickly they arrived.
not the best build quality

the welding isn't the best but the legs themselves are beautiful.

Metal I think is aluminum. For some reason expecting steel but turns out I just saw what I thought I wanted :) However upon installation I think that would have been overkill.
They are welded... okay, and powder coated with a satin finish. There is debris in each leg, I could hear subtle rattling whenever I picked them up for installation. Not a problem for a fixed piece of furniture of course, but just a little odd.
They are typical desk height. Leveling feet are handy but do not allow for wrench adjustment. So you will need to pick up a corner a little each time to adjust it by hand. Threads for leveling feet are M8x1.25 if you want to use something different.
As a matter of practice I never trust included fasteners, so I threw away what came with them and found that #10 screws fit best. You'll need 24 total; each leg has two rows of six holes wide enough apart for what I think are normal lateral forces once fastened. I used #10 wood screws and finishing washers to keep it flush to the "lip". 1/4" machine screws are just a little too wide. Holes were consistent enough between the two of them so that I could use one leg to mark pilot holes and have them all fit.
Overall I'd recommend these legs if you're looking for a easy table or desk.
