I order these by the case and make big batches of pizza sauce. I actually tried growing San Marzanos here in Alaska but go figure, no way. I've researched a lot over the years on what tomatoes are best for pizza and this is it! My wife makes the crust, which is a two day process. Of course we use a pizza oven for high temp finish!
