I’m addicted!

I love it so much that I took it to a friends house to do her floors.
I only have the kitchen and bathroom to mop at my house and I wanted to use it more!
She has 4 kids under the age of 5 and all her floors are linoleum and the floors hadn't been done in 3 weeks. (She's building back up after a house fire)
We did the whole down stairs without breaking a sweat!
It did start to get a little hot after using it for about 30 minutes.
Her floors were bad tho so"¦that was likely why.
Did I mention that this thing drives itself ? It's like the friggin Mercedes Benz of household mops.
Just buy it.

Effective and impressive but not without it's flaws

Bought on sale for $88 to clean vacation rental floors (wood, smooth tile, textured tile, and laminate)
Pros: works much better than wet Swiffer; floor dries quick and not sticky; quieter than a vacuum; moves on its own so no pushing (just guiding); swivels into spaces and handle allows flattening to get under furniture; stands up without falling over; reservoir doesn't leak when laying down (in the car for transporting).
Cons: washed the pads in washing machine after one use and they still look as dirty as they did before washing them (picture shows pads after washing and I used bleach); mop is heavier with full reservoir than I'd like; textured tile needs a scrubber pad to get into the grooves (can only find 'other' brand scrubbers); would be great if it had wheels so it didn't need to be carried from room to room.

I hate to clean, but this helps!

I love a clean house, like I am OCD about it, but I absolutely hate taking the time to actually do it. Plus, I'm getting older, and it's not as easy as it once was. Pushing the Bona mop around hurts my back and makes me sweat! I've hired a couple of house cleaners, but they never clean like I do, and there is the expense.
I follow someone on Facebook who owns a cleaning company for her tips and tricks. She recommended this product and, since I was in the market for a new mop after breaking the handle on mine attempting to kill a bug, I asked her if it was okay to use on luxury vinyl floors. I know you can't use a steamer on them, and my ENTIRE house has luxury vinyl flooring. When she said this is fine to use, I bought it. This is my new favorite toy! I actually enjoy cleaning the floors now! I used this from the front to the back of my house without breaking a sweat and nothing hurt! I actually look forward to cleaning the floors now.

What have I been doing!?

Where has this been all my life! I have tile flooring throughout my entire house. Since I have pets, this is a must. Only issue is I have a GSD and as anyone with a GSD knows, they drip water everywhere after drinking. I mean EVERYWHERE....they walk away from the water bowl with water dripping off of their mouth. So, needless to say this is a pain to clean up areas missed that have dried. I even used a steam mop, but you have to let it sit for several seconds to get it off. Now, that may not sound like a long time....but again, I have all tile flooring. This wonderful gadget has saved me so much time. It literally glides across the floor with no effort. The only downside is it does not do the best job at getting into the grout lines. If there was a scrubbing pad that had a little longer fibers, that might help, but I have yet to find this. Overall I am extremely happy with this purchase. I own several Bissell products (vacuum and carpet cleaner I have had for several years) and I trust Bissell to be a quality product.
I like it much better than my old Bissell Crosswave.

I've had a Bissell crosswise for a year but a pump broke a month in and then recently a kid must have knocked it over because it's cracked at the base. So I decided to replace it with this instead. I like it SO much more!
- It's so much quieter - hardly any noise at all
- There's no elaborate machine cleanup when I'm done. Just drop the pads in the wash and replace with fresh ones. I was sick of rinsing filters and letting parts dry on my counter.
- It feels lighter and sort of moves itself a bit. Zero stress on my arms.
- It does get up stains. I was worried it wouldn't. I bought scrubby pads separately and I'm glad I did, they did a fine job.
- if you go sideways it gets right up to the edge.
Cons
- it doesn't get quite as much dirt up as the crosswise. I'll still keep the old cracked one in the garage for a deep clean every now and then.
- you have to sweep or vacuum really really well before you mop. This should be obvious but I sort of got spoiled by the "wet vac" concept.
- If you drop something super gross, like a raw egg, you'll want to pre clean and spray disinfectant before you swirl it around the floor on your mop heads. .
These are small trade offs for a simpler, quieter, less break-prone machine. I'm glad I "upgraded" to a cheaper more streamline mop!
