I'm glad I took the other reviewers advice to size up. So, I am 165lbs usually a medium or large(size 10/12)depending on the brand, and the XL fit for the most part. If it weren't for the top being so small, i could have gotten a large. I would say if you are on the busty side, size up to a XXL. I wear a 36 D, and the top just barely fit me. Also since I did size up the bottom is kinda big, but it's okay. Maybe next year I can get it altered, but for now it will do. While not perfect, it works and is a great price.

This dirndl tore on the back after one wearing. Unfortunately, it was after the expiration date to return it by the time it was worn. It is VERY thin. Looked good for a little while. But way too expensive to wear for half a day. The zipper is also very irritating to zip up, it gets stuck all along the way into the material and it takes 4 hands to zip it. It is stuck at the top of the zipper currently, will not up or down. VERY Dissatisfied with this purchase. I buy about 4 to 7 dirndl's a year. Too bad I cannot get a refund for it. If anybody has a suggestion on how to do that let me know. Don't buy it unless you like throwing away your money for a German Event.

We have an Oktoberfest coming up and I told my wife I was finally buying the lederhosen and she opted for this dress. It fits as expected, good quality and a nice weight/design for fall weather. Nice design and form-fitting in the top area with room for the girls. She said you need a bra with a little lift to make it look right and it did. A fun dress that should last through a few Oktoberfests without any trouble.
