The scale is very small. These are not good for a Barbie-sized doll house. That being said they are very high quality for a child. They are made very well and each piece is easily identifiable. They are slightly expensive but overall, worth the money. I bought these as a gift and she uses them in a smaller Melissa & Doug castle dollhouse.
I put an LOL doll (3") with the furniture so you can see the scale. Some pieces are tinyyyy. Most are maybe an inch or so. They are so detailed and fun to play with.
