Seemingly durably made and quality material. I ordered a size (32x32) that closely matches my American Standard AC (33x30), and amazingly just fits (though not exact). I got the sizing idea from another reviewer who also has an American Standard AC and wanted a more close fit. I'm also not a fan of the sloppy and oversized baggy look of many AC cover installations.
Also the slightly shorter version by a few inches to allow for ventilation at the bottom, as recommended by AC experts. Extending to the ground is a mistake as it invites moisture, mold, rust and rodents. The mesh screens on the cover are too small and will provide very little benefit.
Only confusing minus is too many price variations between the sizes.

These work like a dream!!!!!! In the past, my husband word cover our air conditioning units with big tarps and bungee cords which looked awful!!
