These threads unwind and clog up my brother 600.
I was shorted threads and customer service was very little help- demanding photo after photo after photo and wanting me to ... i think... send photos of the cones I did not receive.
they claim that the missing threads are on the way from china, eventually... if they ever show up I shall update this to 4 stars.
value for the money is good.
would be great if the thread were a consistent weight and of course... if they were all there.
update: the missing cones did come.
