Holy Whaaaa this bugger is the whip! Michigan winters can get a lil cold and my IR T30 air compressor gets really grumpy when it does. Yes, IR makes a block heater but ding dang they're pricey. Then I saw this guy and presto! Problem solved. It's the perfect size to stick to the side of the two stage cast iron lung. Starts much easier. Now i just gotta set up something so i can turn in on/off thru WiFi. Hmmmm.??

I just received this and did some testing on it. It arrived in good shape and is a new item. Tube of silicone is present and everything looks right.
I will raise or lower the ratings based on what I find when I actually install it.
It draws 44 watts of power so it's pretty close to spec. I was looking for a relatively low powered pad and wanted to make sure it wasn't way out of spec on the high side.
The pad gets up to about 180 deg in free air. Once it's installed on something that can draw heat out of it, it will not get as hot.
