It is what it appears to be and works how it should work.
Useless (out of box), but 100% adaptable :)

As you can see in the attached pictures: out of the box in my case it was mostly useless. Let me explain why.
Right out of the box one can see the stand will not really fit Citadel paints except one single row, which is not much. Otherwise it will only hold small containers from Vallejo or Warpaint; I don't have much of those. Additionally none of my brushes fit the slots (srsly, only 3 brushes out of all I have could fit), so these small brush holes are useless. So overall it was somewhat a disappointment, however...
Right from the very beginning I knew the price is a bargain, so I said, let's give it a try. I knew the stand is horizontal (and somewhat takes lots of space), but TBH, from the very beginning I was hoping to have it placed vertically. Seeing the whole arrangement was somewhat useless, I did grab my Dremel and as you can see in the pictures I cut through the holes. With every cut it made me happier! :)
The end product, after Dremel cuts and changes, is standing horizontally with more paints that initially the stand could handle. TBH, I am thinking to buy more of these and have them hang on the wall. After those modifications, the vertical hang is very compact(!) and can really stand the test. Sturdy whatever way you look at it, even after multiple cuts. Also no trouble with clips, all in order, fit really well. Otherwise good buy!
I would buy again. The price is a must try. Overall: I do recommend this product. I will be buying another one.

Not bad but. ….

This product was clearly designed for someone with three hands! I purchased two of them and assembly of the first one was a nightmare, thanks mostly to the fact I only have two hands, but exacerbated by some pretty vague instructions. The second assembly was a bit easier (more of a bad dream than a nightmare).
There are some small plastic clips for holding the components in place that seem to be strongly attracted to gravity, since they were continually falling on the floor. Nevertheless I finally got them installed.
The finished product was somewhat sturdy, but just to be sure I applied CA glue to all the joints, after which the units were rock solid.
For the price these cant be beat, notwithstanding the aggravation of the assembly process.
All in all I would recommend this product to anyone with the patience and experience of a model-maker.

I bought the Army Painter 2.0 Megaset and this holds them all with a few spare spaces as well, plus all the larger holes in the back are free too (these back row ones hold Citidel size paints). Happy with the set. Easy to put together and holds up well. I actually just lifted the entire set with paints in it and transfer it around to different rooms to paint and no problem with it falling apart. Could always glue it to make tighter bond than the clips it comes with too

Holes too small for my acrylic paint bottles otherwise a sturdy, attractive device.
