For the cost, these are pretty good gloves. unfortunately, since the cost is so low, the standard of 'pretty good' is also low.
warmth is great, but not windproof like they claim, so fingers go cold after about 30 minutes of cold. luckily I had handguards on my Vstrom to block a bit of the wind. I'd say they are good for fall and spring cold days but wouldn't recommend them for bitter winter days.
