It is the highest quality, ceremonial, & ready to use. No sifting required. I just pour it in a cup, hot water on top & use a little hand held frother. I also add stevia & that makes it taste great. Smells like grass but tastes pretty good :D.

This is an outstanding quality of the matcha for "to go." I have matcha tools at home, but I always have sticks in my back bag to give me energy during the daytime. It is nice to make myself a cup of matcha tea at home with the bowl and whisk, of course hot water,,,,, but when I'm going out, I can't do that way. I.

it is hard to find a good stick to go matcha brand in the United states, I have tried some of from the WholeFood, pricy and bad quality( hard to dissolve in water and clumps).
Remember: for matcha to go, it should be dissolve quickly in water(cold), and tastes good in cold water, many of Matcha tea Claims to Go can Not dissolve In cold water.
I order another two backs right away. I believe I will keep repurchasing this one to go.
