The media could not be loaded. I'm used to high quality college/school projectors that work in the brightest room with windows and lights on. This honestly is amazing for the price. I have a office/library in soft green (literally the colors name) and since the ceilings painted it's a little darker. It's really bright outside today and I have sheer curtains and it's genuinely amazing (I can't say it enough). The remote is light weight but feels a little weird, but I'm happy to have a remote!

I love this projector alot. This spot I noticed today. not sure how to get rid of it. hoping to get this one swapped out with a replacement. I emailed there support. Overall my picture on this projector still good but still dealing with that spot on backgrounds where it's visible. Still waiting to hear

The other one shows how my picture quality is still great despite the dark spot that's more visible on the photo with the menu screen. The model you purchased is our V28, which is a native 720p projector with the brightness that is suitable for home movie in dark environment. Based on the cost and design aim( Home movie projector) of this model, it is not suitable for words reading or PowerPoint presentation or any office use.
With that said, it is a very good projector to use for home theatre. The product support was excellant, with them offering to credit me part of the purchase price because I mistakenly did not understand what the projector's intended use was. Would recommend.
