The price is moderate and the stool is very sturdy and comfortable. The height adjustment is perfect for a high bench or lower table. Exactly what I needed. The seat covering isn't tolerant of sparks or plastic shrapnel from the Dremel tool so you will want to cover it with something to protect it.

This stool was very simple to put together. It has 3 pieces and its obvious how to put them together - they go together only one way. Sit on the stool to adjust it. I wish it could go 4 inches lower though. I have short legs and it would be nice if the seat went lower. Having said that there is bar you can rest your feet on if you working at a table. I mostly work at or just above ground level so the bar for my feet is not all that helpful. Still, I highly recommend this stool.

HD shop stool was what I was looking for. Have an older one with the cylinder is frozen in the low position. Cushion is comfortable for me and wheels give it the mobility and stability I wanted. Easy assembly of 2 parts (cylinder and seat) without needing to secure in place. Good buy for the price.
