I gave them a try and they are ok. If I wear my shirt outside my pants you don't see them. They pull on the two belt loops to hold your pants up but my pants are bunched up around the area and looks funny..

I'm a big fella with a flat booty and when I saw this product advertised I just hoped that it might be half as effective as people were claiming. I just got my BeltBro Titan No Buckle Elastic Belt For Men and immediately threw them on a pair of jeans to try them out.

Regular belts don't work for me. I'm a big guy and if I cinch the belt tight enough to hold my pants up, it will cut off circulation and the buckle (and I've tried every kind of buckle) will cut into me when I sit. It's painful. If you're interested in why this product works it's simple. Belts rely on three points of the body for assistance. The butt and the hips. If you have a flat butt then a belt is a poorly designed solution. The BeltBro Titan skips the butt and focuses on the hips. Does as I hoped it would. Have no regrets on the purchase. Next Day shipping was a Plus. Much better than old school belt IMO. Great for early morning dressing for work.
