I had previously purchased this faucet for one of my rental houses to replace and older broken and outdated style faucet. While installing I liked how the base attaches to the sink. It has a nut that tightens initially but then has screws that also tighten which doubles the strength of the faucet holding in place. My personal house i have always had problems with the base of my faucet spinning and it looked like this was a good design. Due to this reason I have purchased the same faucet for my personal house on it has seemed to hold the base in position much better than my previous faucet. It also is a more modernized look and seems to have great water pressure.

Water pressure is SO much better. The two different settings are great. When I want more coverage there's a sprayer setting and there's the regular sink setting. Sometime the switch for it can get bumped easy with it being on the head of it but all of the benefits outweigh that. It doesn't stretch as far as I thought it would but it's still great and does detach from the holder it's in. Install wasn't complicated either just remember your plumbers tape to make sure there's no leaks. I think it looks cool and it is nice and out of the way. My last one was the basic low to the sink kind and it always felt in the way. Also this does swivel side to side so it can practically be totally out of the way. I like that the holder part is nice and stable and I sometimes put a washcloth on the middle part. Form and function 10/10 for me.

We have had this for a little over 2 months and has not stopped working. Sometimes I accidentally put it back in place and spray myself with the multi stream nozzle,but that's a "me" problem, not a product problem. My not so handy hubby was able to install easily
