Quick and easy to make. But the listing fails to mention that you will need 1Kg (2.2lbs) of regular sugar or dextrose to make this kit. I fermented it in a bucket with an airlock. And racked it over a glass carboy. And I cheated and just put it on tap with light carbonation. I have re-ordered the 2nd kit. Greg

I've generally found that ABC Crafted products (wine and cider kits) come out great. The cider was easy to make, although after making 2 of these kits, I found that it takes longer than the 7 days to fully ferment. That's not a problem, just worth noting - especially if you aren't using a hydrometer. I used the recommended corn sugar and bottled it in flip top bottles with corn sugar to add the carbonation.
