I've ordered several times. The 7-grain is my favorite. High in fiber, with good amount of protein, nice. The sweet potato was good, but not tops. The kale was nasty. I threw the pack away. But I totally recommend the 7-grain . Just used them for an egg-onion-ham-cheese breakfast wrap. Mmmm.
