The skirt has shorts underneath. I tried to zip up the skirt but I had to use the wall to help support holding down the skirt for me to zip up. They should include a hook the top of the zipper. I guess I have a small torso but the skirt literally went over my mid stomach.

The skirt isn't too mini, which makes it ok to wear pretty much anywhere. Over time the skirts color turned into a little bit more of a dull white, but it isn't so noticeable. The skirt does come with under shorts already so it makes it lightweight. The quality is good for the price of the skirt. I ordered the smallest size available and it sits with just A LITTLE room of space on my waist. I am a W24 so it's a good skirt for layering too.

This skirt is so cute. A bit short but with tights it's fine. The bigger your butt, the shorter it will look. There are shorts underneath! It needs ironing to make the pleats lay correctly.
