Bought two of these. The first one started overheating and melted and stopped working. The second I didn't test when I originally received, but when I did, it didn't work. The reason I still give this 4 stars is because the customer support was amazing!! When I left a bad review, they reached out and were willing to do whatever it took to resolve the issue. They gave me a refund way beyond the return date and still sent me a replacement. Thus far, I have had no issues with the new one. I can appreciate that they cared enough to reach out to me and make sure I ended up with a great experience and product!

I needed a new charge for my Dell Inspiron 15 5510. The reason was not issues with the cord but the charging part internally needed to be replaced. I realized my computer had a usb c port, and purchased this. Glad I did!!! So far works great, keeps a charge was worked well with my Inspiron 15 5510. I had this charger for about 5 months until the tip of the charger, the metal part, fell off. While I do a lot of traveling, (I'm a college student so between school and home, this charger was stuffed into a bag, carefully, quite a bit between classes and home) I was very careful with it and was shocked when the tip fell off. Either way, I immediately bought the same thing so It's still very good and I use it for multiple devices!! It's great, but if you're looking for looooooong term use, maybe this wouldn't be the best choice!
