I was nervous to buy this product on line. I usually go to my local butcher, where I always seemed to get subpar meat , even when I bought prime cuts. I tried theses stake's today and they were clearly the best I've had in years, better than any high-end restaurants that I have been. I recommend them, you won't be disappointed.

I was pleasantly surprised at how good these steaks were. The thickness makes all the difference when grilling steaks of any kind. Thin steaks just dont taste like they should. I insist on a thick cut even if it is not as long or as large as others. Thick steaks cook and taste better and these fit the bill.
The seasoning was a pleasant addition to these cuts. It was very good blend. Really added to the flavor.
