The product works great and was relatively easy to install. The directions were very small print and hard to read. The hardware was described in sae sizes but the actual hardware was metric and incorrect size for anything but square tube frames. 2 trips to the hardware store was required.

The media could not be loaded. Easy to install. Even easier to lift. Took a video of my 75 year old mom lifting the gate with ease!
I had a few issues with line up, but that was due to my trailer being made out of pipe, not angle or square tubing. Also, I had to buy 3 inch bolts, but again, that was due to my trailer, not the product.
Took about an hour to install. EZ PZ! Should have done this a long time ago.
